Q Developments Unveils Latest Project in New Zayed City, West Cairo

Q Developments has announced significant progress across its diverse projects, marking the launch of its inaugural venture in the west of Greater Cairo under the name “Q Hills”, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Thabet, CEO of Q Developments, highlighted that the company was established to cater to a broad spectrum of local and regional clientele by offering an ideal real estate solution tailored for families, young individuals, and community members aspiring for an elevated lifestyle.

Thabet emphasized that following the recent hyperinflation within the real estate sector, customers were confronted with a market dichotomy: exorbitant prices coupled with promises of luxurious living or subpar quality from developers.

Additionally, the company detailed the construction progress of the “Q-North” project, situated in a prime location on the North Coast spanning 100 feddans in Sidi Abdel Rahman, at kilometer 136 on the Alexandria – Matrouh Road, opposite Marassi Aqua Water Park.

Furthermore, Q Developments unveiled insights into the “Q Hills” project, located in the prestigious New Zayed City on a 24-feddan expanse directly along the Dabaa axis. This locale is minutes away from Sheikh Zayed City and Sphinx International Airport in western Cairo, aligning with the overarching vision that commenced with Q North.

Muhammad Hafez, the project’s design consultant, remarked that “Q Hills” integrates all essential elements to foster a serene community in this promising locale. The project’s layout ensures privacy for all residents amidst natural landscapes, with residential buildings segmented into three primary sectors.

The first sector comprises residential buildings housing units and apartments ranging from 80 to 150 sqm, designed with innovative integrated services and underground garages.

The second section features a villa area offering diverse and integrated designs, including standalone units exceeding 500 sqm, twin houses starting at 245 sqm, townhouses at 195 sqm, and apartments ranging from 80 to 150 sqm.

The project’s final segment encompasses the commercial and service area, providing a range of amenities such as shops, restaurants, cafes, a hypermarket catering to the compound and surrounding area, administrative offices, pharmacies, and medical services.
