New Cairo City Authority has started delivering the completed residential units in the first phase of Dar Misr medium-income housing project on Sunday, November 19, Invest-Gate reports.

The units are located in Qronfol and Andalus neighborhoods in New Cairo, according to a Housing Ministry statement.

Owners can receive the keys to their units after paying all financial dues at the 5th settlement branch of the Housing and Development Bank.
