These contracts include agreements with a consortium of Badr Construction and global firm CCC for construction, EHAF for supervision, and Hill International for project management.

The 205 Project will feature three towers, each standing 135 meters tall with 40 floors, making them the tallest buildings in Sheikh Zayed and West Cairo. Covering 205 feddans, the mixed-use development includes residential, commercial, hotel, and medical facilities. It is strategically located along the 26th of July Corridor and Al Bustan Street, home to notable landmarks like Arkan Plaza.

He emphasized the project’s contribution to the real estate sector and the generation of sustainable revenue for NUCA.

Marwa Hassan, Head of Sheikh Zayed City Authority, highlighted that Badr El Din’s companies have been key partners in the city’s development since its inception. She acknowledged their early involvement and the added value their projects have brought to the city.

For his part, the CEO of Arkan Palm, Mamdouh Badr El Din, described the 205 Project as an integrated city offering sustainable living with top-quality standards, including over 1.1 million sqm of above-ground buildings and massive underground space.

Notably, the development will also feature one of the world’s largest parking areas, accommodating 26,000 vehicles.
