Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the commencement of the delivery of 768 modern housing units in the Al Zohour Buildings area within District 39, previously known as the “2600 Feddans” area in New Obour City, Invest-Gate reports.

The distribution is set to begin on Sunday, October 20, 2024, and conclude on Thursday, December 26, 2024.

Ahmed Ismail, Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, elaborated on the delivery schedule: buildings 70 and 73 will receive their units on Sunday, October 20, 2024; buildings 74 and 75 on Tuesday, October 22, 2024; buildings 76 and 77 on Sunday, October 27, 2024; buildings 78 and 79 on Tuesday, October 29, 2024; buildings 80 and 81 on Sunday, November 3, 2024; and buildings 82 and 84 on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

Continuing, Ismail outlined further delivery dates: buildings 85 and 86 on Sunday, November 10, 2024; buildings 87 and 88 on Tuesday, December 10, 2024; buildings 89 and 90 on Sunday, November 17, 2024; buildings 91 and 92 on Tuesday, November 19, 2024; buildings 93 and 94 on Sunday, November 24, 2024; and buildings 95 and 96 on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

Moreover, Ismail indicated that buildings 97 and 98 are scheduled for delivery on Sunday, December 1, 2024; buildings 99 and 100 on Tuesday, December 3, 2024; buildings 101 and 102 on Sunday, December 8, 2024; and buildings 103 and 104 on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. The period from Sunday, December 15, 2024, to Thursday, December 26, 2024, has been allocated for individuals who have not yet received their units.
