Bahraini developer Diyar Al Muharraq has started infrastructure work on one of its most exclusive residential projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The infrastructure work for Al Bareh will undergo a timed 12-month program.

Al Bareh has a variety of freehold seafront offerings that cater to various customer requirements.

Appointed to undertake the project’s infrastructure work, Cyprus Cybarco Tabet began the implementation of all its contractual obligations on the project since October, with the work expected to be completed in November 2018.

“Al Bareh mock-up villas will be launched in March 2018,” according to Diyar Al Muharraq CEO Maher Al Shaer.

The project has three main products, which are seafront residential plots to include high-end villas, residential plots within walking distance to waterfront parks, and residential investment plots for the construction of multi-story buildings.
