As part of its strategic expansion plan in various distinguished urban areas in Egypt and to inject more investments into real estate development, Rejan Developments has crafted its own brand to align with the company’s vision for the upcoming period, Invest-Gate reports.

Eng. Hassan Hassanein, Chairman of Rejan Developments, emphasized that the brand development is part of a comprehensive and ambitious expansion strategy to build upon the company’s successful initiatives from the past decade.

Beginning its journey a decade ago in South Cairo, the company amassed significant expertise in construction, architectural designs, engineering consultations, and various building projects. Subsequently, Rejan Developments decided to broaden its presence in alignment with governmental plans, shifting its focus to new cities, particularly East Cairo, three years ago.

In this relatively short span, the company achieved remarkable success, executing over 75 diverse projects in prime locations of New Cairo, including renowned neighborhoods like El Lotus, Al Andalus, Al Narges, Al Rabwa New Cairo, Beit Al Watan, and North Rehab. The construction progress in these projects surpassed 80%, with total investments amounting to EGP 5 bn.

Additionally, Hassanein highlighted the company’s ventures in real estate development within the European market, undertaking various projects in Germany through its subsidiary as part of an international expansion strategy, with further details to be disclosed soon.

Regarding the imminent launch of a new project in the Egyptian market, Hassanein stated that it represents a highly anticipated endeavor as part of the company’s ambitious plan to expand in East Cairo – New Cairo with sustainable urban projects distinguished by innovative architectural designs and creative concepts aligning with Rejan Developments’ strategic approach established since its inception.

He underscored the company’s enduring work strategy, founded on eight core principles, notably emphasizing a clear long-term vision. This strategic foresight prompted Rejan Developments to diversify its project portfolio across new cities, leveraging a profound market understanding.
