Al Ahly Sabbour Developments announced its participation in Cityscape Global, Saudi Arabia’s largest real estate exhibition, held in Riyadh from November 11 to 14, Invest-Gate reports.
The company’s presence at the event underscores its commitment to expanding into international markets, aligning with its new strategy to grow beyond Egypt.
During the exhibition, Al Ahly Sabbour unveiled details of its latest project in Oman, situated on 100 acres of scenic land overlooking lush valleys and green oases. The development will feature around 2,000 residential units, including standalone villas and luxury apartments, catering to various customer needs. The project will also provide integrated facilities such as medical clinics, recreational areas, and sports zones, enhancing its appeal as a holistic living environment.
For his part, Ahmed Sabbour, Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ahly Sabbour Developments, commented, “Participating in international exhibitions like Cityscape Global is essential to our strategy of promoting Egyptian real estate in global markets. The project will be part of Sultan Haitham City in Muscat, Oman’s first smart city, which adopts advanced technologies to manage resources and provide services, aligning with Oman’s Vision 2040 for sustainable urban growth.
