Rejan Developments celebrated the launch of its latest project, “Seen”, in New Cairo, situated in one of the most vital areas, as part of its strategic plan to expand in the Egyptian market, Invest-Gate reports.

Hassan Hassanein, Chairman of Rejan Developments, emphasized that “Seen” project, located directly on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis in the Fifth Settlement, aligns with the company’s expansion plan. This plan focuses on several key areas, the most important being the development of architectural projects that enhance the company’s strength and performance in the Egyptian market.

Hassanein added that the new project will be a fully serviced commercial, administrative, and medical complex, with a sales area exceeding 6,000 sqm and total investments estimated at about EGP 1.5 bn.

Over the past ten years, the company has achieved tangible success, particularly in South and East Cairo, where it has implemented more than 75 diverse projects in East Cairo alone during the past three years, with a construction rate exceeding 80%. This rapid implementation and commitment to timelines have earned the company the trust of its customers in record time.

Hassanein noted that the urban renaissance currently underway in Egypt, along with the diversity of investment opportunities, has been a fundamental incentive supporting the company’s vision and expansion strategy for the near future.

He also highlighted that the company aims to be one of the leading real estate development firms over the next five years.

Furthermore, Rejan Developments has private investments in the European real estate market, specifically in Germany, where it is implementing a number of diverse projects according to the highest international quality standards as part of its international expansion plan for the upcoming period.
