New Jersey Development (NJD) garnered significant interest from clients during its participation in the Cityscape Global exhibition in Riyadh, which took place from November 11 to 14, Invest-Gate reports.
The high traffic at NJD’s booth highlighted the appeal of its projects and the growing interest in Egyptian real estate investments.
Girgis Youssef, CEO and Founder of NJD, described Cityscape Global as an ideal platform for engaging with investors and showcasing the company’s diverse portfolio. “Our unique real estate offerings have attracted significant client interest, ensuring our competitive success at the exhibition,” Youssef stated.
Reda Youssif, NJD’s Vice Chairman of NJD, emphasized the company’s dedication to participating in global real estate events, aligning with Egypt’s objectives to expand real estate exports and broaden NJD’s client base. “Direct interaction with clients offers invaluable insights into current and future demands,” Youssif explained.
Among the projects showcased was the second phase of JURA, strategically situated in Galala City. This seaside development, located just 500 meters from the yacht marina, features a prime beachfront location with a depth of 200 meters and a width of 180 meters, making it an attractive option for investors seeking luxurious waterfront living.
