Milestone Developments has unveiled a partnership with ACE Moharram Bakhoum, under the leadership of Prof. Mourad Michel Bakhoum, who will act as the consultant for the structural and electromechanical designs of their project, The CORD Business Complex, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement was formally sealed by Mr. Mohamed Fathy, CEO of Milestone Developments, and Prof. Mourad Michel Bakhoum, Vice Chairman of ACE Moharram Bakhoum, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.

Mr. Mohamed Fathy emphasized that this partnership marks a continuation of a series of successful collaborations with esteemed partners for The CORD Business Complex, further enhancing the project’s overall investment value.

He highlighted that the alliance with ACE Moharram Bakhoum encompasses the development of structural and electromechanical designs, encompassing electrical systems, mechanical works, fire protection, and drainage systems, all of which are pivotal in enhancing the project’s quality to a superior level.

Furthermore, he revealed that Milestone Developments had previously inked agreements with Raef Fahmi Architects for managing the project’s designs and with Kerdany Advisory & Development (KAD) for various services, including preparing finishing and operating manuals for tenants, overseeing commercial centers, and supervising service providers.

He elaborated that these partnerships with renowned entities augment the company’s capacity to deliver a standout project that enhances the efficiency of the surrounding area significantly.
