Abbas discussed the NAC project, noting that it has transformed from a barren desert area into one of the cities in the world with the smartest infrastructure. He expressed pride that the NAC now houses government headquarters, the new House of Representatives building, a banking complex, and other smart buildings. He highlighted a future plan to expand the implementation of many additional projects and achieve new success stories.

Abbas added, “At ACUD, we believe in the importance of employing the latest technologies to ensure the sustainability of projects and provide innovative solutions that support the transition towards smart cities.” He noted that the company has successfully implemented the “one-stop shop” service to assist developers and investors, allowing them to complete licenses, obtain various services, and address all necessary discussions in one location within the company.

He explained that the general strategic plan for the second phase of the NAC is currently being developed, with infrastructure implementation for this phase set to begin as soon as possible to fulfill the company’s vision of creating a green, sustainable, and smart city.
