Asaal Developments has announced the launch of its first project in the Egyptian real estate market, “Spade Mall” Sheikh Zayed, located in 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.
The company has signed contracts to build the project with a group of top consultants, including the general and architectural consultant AVA Office, led by Mohamed Shokry; the structural consultant El-Beheiry Engineering Consulting Office, led by Hatem El-Beheiry; and the electromechanical consultant EMDEG Office, led by Magdy Kamel and Karim Magdy Kamel.
Additionally, a contract has been signed with the general contractor, Projects House for Trade and Contracting Company, headed by Ahmed Talaat and Walid Gouda.
Ahmed Kadry, Managing Director of Asaal Developments, confirmed that “Spade Mall” Sheikh Zayed is a commercial, administrative, and medical mall distinguished by its modern design and strategic location. It is situated on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, making it close to vital areas such as the 26th of July Axis and Dahshur Link.
He noted that “Spade Mall” is located within a residential area, which enhances its purchasing power and increases its chances of success.
Kadry explained that the project aims to provide a new experience in the Egyptian market based on innovation and high quality, with a strong focus on carefully selecting project locations to ensure maximum benefit for customers.
