During its inaugural Future Energy Systems Innovation Day in Egypt, Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, has launched three cutting-edge products—MCSeT with EvoPacT, RM AirSeT, and SM AirSeT, Invest-Gate reports.
The event brought together industry leaders, clients from various sectors, and Schneider Electric teams to discuss energy management and sustainability advancements.
The new products aim to support digital transformation and enhance efficiency across infrastructure, transportation, energy-intensive industries, and real estate, food, and chemicals. The highlight was the MCSeT with EvoPacT, a highly efficient medium-voltage switchgear with Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities and a lifespan of up to 30 years.
Designed for reliability, the MCSeT with EvoPacT reduces the risk of power outages while improving performance and sustainability. It addresses critical energy challenges, such as lowering maintenance costs and cutting carbon emissions.
For his part, Sebastian Riez, CEO for Northeast Africa and the Levant, emphasized the role of innovation in achieving sustainability. “With products like MCSeT with EvoPacT, RM AirSeT, and SM AirSeT, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting Egypt’s journey towards digital transformation and sustainable energy,” he said. “We work closely with our partners to deliver tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce emissions.”
Hassan Al-Ardhi, Vice President of Schneider Electric Egypt and North East Africa’s Energy Division, echoed the sentiment: “Sustainability is at the core of Schneider Electric’s mission. Launching these products in Egypt underscores our leadership in energy solutions and our dedication to advancing efficiency, digital transformation, and sustainability in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.”
