InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran) announced the opening of Crowne Plaza Oman Convention and Exhibition Center in Muscat, Trade Arabia reports.

The 296-room hotel is a part of the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center (OCEC) project, situated in phase one of Omran’s Madinat Al Irfan mixed-use development.

Guests will have an access to the centre’s 22,000-square-meter of exhibition space.

The hotel also features facilities including two pools, a children’s playground, a large fitness zone, three large meeting rooms and an independent function center. The project also boasts a selection of five dining options including Mosaic and Charm Thai restaurants.
