“Golden Pillars” Real Estate Development has signed an agreement with “H2O” to manage and operate its first medical project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports. The project, Tadawi International Hospital, marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to deliver top-tier, integrated developments in collaboration with leading industry experts.

The agreement was signed by Magdy Saad, Chairman of “Golden Pillars”, and Hazem El Haddad, Chairman of “H2O”. Both companies stressed their commitment to maintaining international standards in the development and operation of the hospital.

Saad emphasized Golden Pillars’ dedication to creating comprehensive projects that go beyond construction, ensuring long-term value for clients through smart management. He noted that H2O’s proven expertise in managing healthcare facilities both in Egypt and abroad made it the ideal partner for this venture.

“H2O” will oversee the project from the design phase in partnership with ARC Capital for Construction, ensuring seamless integration between design and operational functionality. This collaboration aims to eliminate errors during execution and optimize the hospital’s performance post-launch.

El Haddad expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating that “H2O” is committed to providing sophisticated operational and technical solutions to meet the premium healthcare standards. The company’s track record includes managing healthcare facilities across Iraq and serving as a strategic advisor to the Qatari Red Crescent in 26 countries.

“H2O” will leverage its expertise in planning, designing, and maintaining healthcare facilities, focusing on compliance with safety and licensing standards. The company aims to position itself as a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services in Egypt and the region.
