Marquee Developments celebrated the launch of the “Shababeek” project, its first real estate endeavor in the Egyptian market, located in one of the most vibrant areas of the Fifth Settlement, Invest-Gate reports.
Hazem Salama, Chairman of Marquee Developments, noted in his opening speech that the “Shababeek” project is a fully serviced residential development built on an area of 15 feddans, with investments exceeding EGP 6 bn. It is distinguished by its unique architectural planning and design, which provide residents with the necessary services and luxury, making it one of the premier residential projects in the Fifth Settlement area.
He emphasized the company’s commitment to selecting successful partners from leading architectural and engineering consulting firms operating in Egypt and the Middle East to ensure the project is implemented according to the highest international standards of modern and sustainable construction.
Salama added that the “Shababeek” project is the first of Marquee Developments’ initiatives and part of a series of innovative urban projects the company plans to launch as part of its expansion strategy in the Egyptian market, which will be announced in 2025.
He pointed out that, although Marquee Developments is considered a new player in the Egyptian market, it leverages the extensive experience of its founders, who have a proven track record in real estate development in Egypt through the implementation of multiple urban projects in Nasr City, Heliopolis, Hurghada, and other key cities. Additionally, they have completed several projects in various Arab and European countries.
For his part, Mohamed Amer, CEO of Marquee Developments, confirmed that great attention was paid to the smallest details, starting with the selection of its exceptional location. The project is situated in the Fifth Settlement on the Northern 90th, specifically in the North House area, which is an extension of the Beit Al Watan area. The project boasts a strategic location near major axes, roads, and services, along with expansive green spaces, natural landscapes, artificial lakes, and various amenities that comprise 82% of the total area, making it an ideal place for a high quality of life.
