The Housing Ministry reveals latest updates on the progress of 15,480 units in Dar Misr for middle-income citizens in seven cities, Invest-Gate reports.

The ministry assigned the implementation of 11,232 residential units in the third phase of Dar Misr in New Mansoura, according to the Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Mostafa Madbouly.

The units, which are at varying degrees of construction, are yet to be offered for sale.

As for the 126 buildings planned in 6th of October, the completion rate of 78 buildings stood at 8%, while the rest are in the offering phase.
