The Saudi Real Estate Registry has announced the start of receiving applications for the first physical registration of 370 real estate plots in four neighborhoods in Madinah, Invest-Gate reports.

The registration includes the following neighborhoods: part of the central area, part of the Bada’a neighborhood, part of the Al-Naqqa neighborhood, and the Al-Manakhah neighborhood.

Property owners located within these neighborhoods must register their properties by March 31, 2025. The location of the property can be verified if it falls within the announced areas through the real estate registry platform.

The Real Estate Registry has urged property owners to register their properties via the Real Estate Registry platform during the specified period to benefit from its services, facilitate real estate transactions, and avoid the penalties and fines outlined in the real estate registration system.
