Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced that the website will be available for obtaining reservation codes for 2,974 plots of land in the tenth phase of the “Beit Al Watan” project, across 13 cities, Invest-Gate reports.
This will take effect on Sunday, January 12, 2025, in coordination with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Central Bank of Egypt.
El Sherbini indicated that transfers from Egyptians working abroad will be accepted starting Tuesday, January 14, 2025, for a period of 15 working days, provided that the bank transfer includes the reservation code for the plot of land being reserved.
The terms and conditions booklet and the list of available sites for the lands in the tenth phase will be posted on the website for those wishing to reserve, with priority given to the first bank transfer received.
Additionally, El Sherbini highlighted that the lands offered in the tenth phase of the Beit Al Watan project include the cities of New Cairo, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, 10th of Ramadan, New Damietta, Sadat, 15th of May, New October, New Obour, Capital Gardens, New Minya, New Aswan, and New Qena.
He emphasized the Ministry of Housing’s commitment to providing opportunities for as many Egyptians residing abroad as possible to fulfill their desire to own and build their own homes, thereby connecting them to their homeland.
Furthermore, El Sherbini noted that the “Beit Al Watan” project for Egyptians working abroad has achieved significant success and garnered great interest and appreciation from Egyptians abroad since its launch in 2012. The project has included the offering of thousands of lands and residential units in various styles.
