Jawad Developments is set to deliver units in its flagship Val Plaza Mall in West Cairo by Q1 2026, Invest-Gate reports.
The mall, one of the company’s standout projects, is nearing the final stages of construction, with 80% of the concrete work already completed, according to Chairman Adel Abdel Jawad.
Construction and finishing work are scheduled to commence in 2025, ensuring that Val Plaza meets global standards. Abdel Jawad also announced the company’s plans to launch a fully integrated residential project in West Cairo, including commercial and administrative properties, aligning with the growing demands of Egypt’s real estate market.
For his part, Chief Commercial Officer Ayman Nawar highlighted the scale of the Val Plaza project, which spans 6,250 sqm and features 212 mixed-use units. These include 100 commercial units across the ground and first floors and 112 administrative and medical units on the second and third floors.
Nawar revealed that sales have exceeded EGP 1 bn, with construction progress valued at EGP 450 mn. The project’s cutting-edge electromechanical systems, provided through a partnership with global firm LG, will ensure state-of-the-art technological solutions throughout the development.
