Brevan Developments has announced the launch of its latest residential project, Lake House, with total investments reaching EGP 1.5 bn, Invest-Gate reports. Strategically located in Obour City, the project is part of the company’s ambitious plan to introduce three new developments in the city in 2025, Invest-Gate reports.
Ibrahim Abdel Azim, a board member of Brevan Developments, highlighted Obour City’s appeal as a fully serviced area with strong demand for high-quality, integrated projects amid limited supply. “This new development aims to meet the growing demand from customers in the city,” he stated.
Lake House is a fully integrated residential compound occupying a prime location near Carrefour, overlooking two main axes, including the 30th of June Axis, which separates Obour and New Obour. The site is also adjacent to the Obour City Authority, Obour General Hospital, and City Club.
Spanning 9.5 feddans, the project comprises 19 residential buildings with unit sizes ranging from 47 to 335 sqm. The compound includes landscaped areas, 24/7 security, and other modern amenities. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2025, with renowned consultant Dr. Mohamed Kahla overseeing the project’s engineering aspects.
