V Developments has officially launched its third project in the New Administrative Capital, LEO Tower, during a grand celebration at Dusit Thani Hotel in Fifth Settlement, Invest-Gate reports. The event, featuring a live performance by renowned singer Rami Sabry, was attended by prominent business figures, industry leaders, and top executives from real estate marketing firms.

During the ceremony, V Developments presented a detailed overview of LEO Tower, highlighting its key features, strategic location in Downtown, and unique architectural advantages. The event included an immersive showcase with visuals, videos, and a comprehensive explanation of the project’s design, accessibility, and prime positioning along major road networks.

The launch was led by Ismail Hegazy, founder and head of engineering at V Developments; Islam El-Boghdadi, chairman and co-founder; Mohamed Hegazy, vice chairman and co-founder; and Ahmed Osaila, general manager at V Developments. Engineering consultants included Mohamed Talaat and Ahmed Zaki, general manager of Accord for Management and Operations.

LEO Tower is a mixed-use commercial and administrative development comprising a ground floor and 11 upper floors. It is strategically located along the Western Axis in the Downtown district, following sustainability and smart building principles to enhance energy efficiency and operational functionality.

V Developments emphasized that LEO Tower will provide a state-of-the-art investment opportunity, combining modern architectural design with innovative technologies.
