Eng. Mohamed Salah, Chairman of Capital Hills Developments, announced that the company plans to deliver three projects this year, Invest-Gate reports.
Salah confirmed that since the beginning of 2024, Capital Hills Developments has been focused on accelerating project implementation and has contracted with major companies as general contractors, contributing to the completion of a significant portion of construction. The company aims to invest EGP 1.2 bn in construction this year and intends to invest a similar amount, potentially increasing it, next year to complete the projects.
He added that the company plans to deliver the Park Yard project in 6th of October City during the first half of this year. Capital Hills is also preparing to deliver two projects in the second half: the Point9 project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), a commercial project featuring various activities, and the Capital Green project, a villa compound in New Zayed City.
Salah indicated that the company is committed to continuing its successes and meeting delivery dates. Capital Hills plans to deliver the Win Plaza project, covering an area of 18,000 sqm in the October Gardens area, and the Point11 project in the NAC by the end of the first half of 2026.
He noted that the company also plans to start delivering the Park Point and Capital Towers projects by the end of 2026, emphasizing that Capital Hills is adopting a new strategy aimed at completing existing projects and delivering them as soon as possible while simultaneously entering new projects based on the company’s strong position and large customer base.
Additionally, the company plans to begin delivering the East Point Mall project in the Fifth Settlement next year. Salah mentioned that this year will also see the start of construction for the La Colina Zayed project, as the company has obtained the ministerial decision and is currently securing building permits.
Furthermore, Salah stated that Capital Hills intends to launch a residential project in the Fifth Settlement on an area of 34 acres during the first half of this year, alongside new offerings in commercial projects, all while accelerating the pace of construction.
