Emaar Misr Properties has announced the launch of a new phase in its Belle Vie project in New Sheikh Zayed, offering flexible payment plans for a limited period, Invest-Gate reports. The plan allows buyers to secure a unit with a 5% down payment, with the remaining amount payable over eight years. Additionally, customers can defer the first installment for six months after signing the contract, ensuring greater financial flexibility.

Designed to embody “The Beautiful Life” or”La Belle Vie”  in French, Belle Vie spans 500 feddans and features a distinctive architectural style. The project offers fully finished residential units, including townhouses, standalone villas, and apartments, with sizes ranging from 86 sqm to 530 sqm, catering to different customer needs. A central green valley stretching 1,400 meters enhances the community’s scenic appeal, providing a tranquil and healthy living environment.
