NUCA Board Approves Allocation of 20 Land Plots in East Port Said City “Salam” for Logistics Zone Establishment

The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), in a meeting chaired by Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, approved the allocation of 12 plots of land for residential activities and 8 plots for mixed residential activities in the distinguished housing area of East Port Said City “Salam”, Invest-Gate reports.

This initiative aims to establish a logistics area to serve students at East Port Said University. The meeting was attended by several members in person, while others joined via video conference.

The approval stipulates that the allocation will be made available through the New Port Said City Development Authority “Salam,” according to the results of the pricing committees within the Authority. The competent city authority will prepare detailed data for the plots of land to be offered after coordinating with the Planning and Projects Sector and the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, ensuring inclusion in the conditions booklet and compliance with the offering terms.
