Administrative Capital for Urban Development Participates in MIPIM 2025 in France for the third consecutive year

Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) is participating with a major Egyptian pavilion at MIPIM 2025, the world’s largest real estate exhibition, held in Cannes, France, from March 11 to 14. This marks the company’s third consecutive participation following two highly successful showings in previous years, invest gate reports.

The Egyptian pavilion at MIPIM 2025 has witnessed significant activities, including visits from global companies, investors, and entrepreneurs from various countries. An important meeting took place between Eng. Khaled Abbas, Chairman and Managing Director of ACUD, and H.E. Dr. Khalfan bin Said Al Shueili, Minister of Housing and Urban development of Oman. During the meeting, Eng. Abbas highlighted the latest developments in the New Administrative Capital, including infrastructure advancements and large scale projects. He also discussed investment opportunities in the New Capital, potential facilitation for Omani investors, and the prospects of exporting Egyptian real estate in Arab markets. The Egyptian real estate sector is the largest in the Middle East and North Africa.

In the same context, Eng. Khaled Abbas stated “MIPIM is one of the largest and most prestigious real estate exhibitions in the world, attracting a significant international presence, including leading investors and real estate developers. ACUD is keen to share its successful experience in building a smart, green, and sustainable city with the global community”.

It is worth noting that MIPIM is an international real estate exhibition held annually in Cannes, France, and is regarded as one of the most significant events in the field of urban development and real estate investment. This year’s edition hosts more than 6,500 investors and 300 global companies and institutions specializing in real estate development and marketing, representing over 90 countries.
