Al Oula Developments has officially partnered with the S.D.A consultancy firm for the engineering design and services of its new project, MIURA, a villa compound located in New Sheikh Zayed, Invest-Gate reports.

Under this contract, S.D.A will handle the architectural design and site coordination for the MIURA project. Mohamed Mansour Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Oula emphasized, “The company is always aiming to elevate the technical level of its projects by collaborating with consultancy firms that are known for their quality and modern engineering solutions.” He further noted, “S.D.A is one of the distinguished engineering consultancy firms with extensive experience and a strong track record in the field of engineering consultancy in Egypt and the Gulf.”

Mansour also highlighted the project’s prime location in New Sheikh Zayed, situated close to the city’s main arteries and upscale services, including commercial, entertainment, and sports facilities, as well as a variety of restaurants. It is also near Sphinx International Airport and the new Nile River branch.

“The project’s design ensures it includes green spaces, with more than 50% of the project area dedicated to this, along with areas for children’s play and expansive open spaces. The building footprint does not exceed 15% of the project’s total area,” Mansour added. He also mentioned that the planning takes into account privacy for the units, security in movement, and recreational activities with views of the green areas.
