Girgis Youssef, Chairman of New Jersey Developments, highlighted the company’s most significant achievements, including the successful delivery of the first and second phases of its flagship Green Avenue project in the New Administrative Capital. Green Avenue is one of the prominent residential projects developed by New Jersey Developments, featuring modern architectural design and diverse spaces to meet the needs of various clients, along with amenities and services that ensure a comprehensive residential experience.

The company also successfully completed sales of the first phase of its latest luxury residential project, Jamila, on the North Coast, after obtaining ministerial approval for this phase. Construction has commenced on this phase, reflecting the company’s commitment to its clients.

Additionally, New Jersey Developments owns JURA project, which is strategically located in the heart of Galala City, just 500 m from the yacht marina. This project is directly on the sea, with a depth of 200 m and a beach width of 180 m.
