Expo Republic, a leading exhibitions and conference organizer, is set to launch the 15th edition of the Nile Property Expo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this May, Invest-Gate reports.

The event will bring together some of Egypt’s largest real estate developers, including Tatweer Misr, Hassan Allam Properties, SODIC, Hyde Park Developments, Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED), IGI Developments, TOREC Developments, Cred, Inertia, Paragon  Developments, and Gates Developments.

Over the past eight years, Nile Property Expo has garnered significant attention from top developers and clients across the Arab world. It has received endorsements from Egypt’s Cabinet, the Ministry of Housing, and the Ministry of Immigration, reinforcing its credibility and positioning in the market.

Dr. Basem Kalila, Chairman of Expo Republic, said the exhibition prioritizes serious and reputable developers in line with Egypt’s national strategy to export real estate and attract foreign investment.

“Our goal is to promote Egyptian real estate globally,” Kalila said, adding that the company plans to organize five editions of the Nile Property Expo in 2025, both in and outside the Arab region.

Upcoming editions will be held in Riyadh, Doha, Los Angeles, Toronto, and will conclude with a final event back in Riyadh at the end of the year. Kalila emphasized the company’s international marketing strategy, noting that future editions will showcase flagship projects in the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein, Mostakbal City, and the North Coast.
