Mazaya Construction Targets EGP 500 mn in Contracts Under 2025 Expansion Plan

Mazaya Construction, the contracting arm of Mazaya Developments, has announced its strategic expansion plan for 2025, aiming to secure contracts worth EGP 500 million by year-end, Invest-Gate reports.

The company is currently executing four major projects in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, all owned by Mazaya Developments.

“We have a clear roadmap to expand in the construction sector by delivering projects with the highest efficiency and aligned with modern, sustainable building standards,” said Ahmed Shams, CEO of Mazaya Construction. “We serve as Mazaya Developments’ main implementation arm, bringing together top-tier engineering and technical talent to ensure quality, safety, and long-term value across all our projects.”

Among the projects under execution is The Rook, located in Downtown on a 2,650 sqm plot with a built-up area of 11,000 sqm and four underground parking levels. The concrete structure is complete, and internal finishing is underway with project delivery expected by end-2025.

The company is also working on Gemini Red, with 40% of construction complete. The 2,370 sqm site includes 15 floors and three basement levels. Additionally, Gemini Blue is progressing rapidly with a 2,420 sqm footprint, while Norm Spaces in MU23 spans 6,700 sqm and includes three basement floors, a ground floor, and nine upper floors.

Shams added that the company plans to enhance its technical capabilities, expand its engineering teams, and invest in sustainable project management. In 2026, Mazaya Construction aims to begin offering construction services to third parties in Egypt and abroad through strategic partnerships.
