UC Developments has announced the completion of all concrete works for its Uni Tower 1 and Uni Tower 2 projects in the New Administrative Capital, marking a major milestone in its construction schedule, Invest-Gate reports.
The company also revealed accelerated progress in its flagship residential project, Solie Golf Residence, where concrete works have begun for both phases one and two.
Hadi Hamdy, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of UC Developments, stated: “From day one, our vision has been to offer more than just units — we deliver an integrated living experience that blends quality with comfort. We’re proud to have completed 100% of the concrete structure for Uni Tower 1 and 2, and are now preparing to contract for façade works and interior finishes.”
Located in Downtown New Capital, both Uni Towers enjoy a prime location overlooking Al Masa Hotel and span approximately 11,000 sqm each. The towers rise 11 floors above ground level and offer commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel units, with total investments exceeding EGP 2 bn. The two towers are linked by the district’s largest open-air plaza and are slated for delivery in 2025.
Hamdy also shared updates on Solie Golf Residence, the capital’s first golf-themed residential project. Located in R8 on the central axis, the 26-acre development allocates 80% of its space to greenery and landscape. Units range from 155 sqm apartments to 229 sqm duplexes, offering scenic views and international-standard designs tailored to diverse client needs.
