Housing Minister, The Bench Discuss Collaboration to Attract Investors in Hospitality Sector

Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, met with a representative from the international company The Bench to discuss collaboration in attracting hospitality investors to establish projects in New Alamein City, Invest-Gate reports.

The meeting was attended by officials from the Ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, and City Edge Developments.

El Sherbini emphasized that the Ministry of Housing has a vision to maximize the benefits of all new cities, particularly New Alamein City, which is a distinguished tourist destination with numerous promising opportunities in various fields, including hotels, entertainment, education, and health. The Ministry is targeting several projects in these sectors to fully leverage the investments made.

The meeting also addressed a proposal to hold a forum that would bring together investors and international hospitality companies in New Alamein City. The Bench, a global company specializing in attracting investors in this sector, has successfully implemented similar initiatives in several cities across the Arab world.

El Sherbini added that the Ministry has several objectives regarding its joint cooperation with The Bench, including efforts to attract international investors and developers to implement numerous projects in various fields.

He noted that the Ministry provides a range of incentives, benefits, and mechanisms specifically designed for investors to facilitate their processes and enable them to launch their projects.
