Paragon Developments Eyes Omani Market as Part of Regional Expansion Strategy

Paragon Developments is exploring new investment opportunities in Oman as part of its broader regional expansion plan, Invest-Gate reports.

The company’s CEO, Bedir Rizk, is leading an official visit to Muscat in conjunction with Oman Design Week, underscoring Paragon’s commitment to innovative design, sustainability, and community-driven development.

The visit includes high-level meetings with key Omani government entities, including the Ministry of Housing and the Investment Authority, and takes place in the presence of Egypt’s Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities. These engagements aim to deepen Paragon’s understanding of the Omani market and open channels for future cooperation.

As part of the visit, Bedir Rizk is participating in a panel titled “Demand-Driven Strategies: Creating Opportunities” at the 20th edition of the Oman Real Estate Conference and Expo. He will present Paragon’s vision for redefining workspaces across the MENA region, focusing on the development of dynamic, human-centric environments that integrate sustainable and innovative solutions.

“This is a pivotal moment for Paragon,” said Rizk. “Our strategic direction prioritises multi-use developments and regional integration, with Oman offering strong potential for growth aligned with our values of sustainability, design excellence, and community impact.”

The conference features more than 40 leading voices from the regional real estate sector, including Hisham Talaat Moustafa, Ahmed Sabbour, and Bill Webb, highlighting the event’s significance as a platform for regional dialogue and opportunity.

Paragon’s visit signals its intention to expand beyond Egypt, translating its core principles into projects that meet the evolving demands of Gulf markets.
