LMD (Landmark Developments) has announced a strategic partnership with Baky Hospitality Group to launch a premium fine dining experience at One Ninety, its flagship mixed-use project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
The new restaurant, set to open by the end of 2026, will feature a 250-seat layout with indoor and outdoor areas, seamlessly integrated into One Ninety’s architectural and lifestyle vision.
Amr Sultan, CEO of LMD, confirmed that the collaboration reflects the company’s mission to deliver world-class lifestyle offerings across its developments. “One Ninety was designed as a lifestyle destination. Partnering with Baky Hospitality supports our goal of elevating the resident and visitor experience,” he noted.
Baky Hospitality, founded by Ayman Baky in 2013, is known for upscale culinary brands such as Sachi, Kazoku, Reif Kushiyaki, and Lexie’s. The group brings a reputation for high-end service and design, contributing a new dimension to One Ninety’s urban fabric.
“This partnership marks a major milestone for us,” said Ayman Baky, Founder of Baky Hospitality Group. “It enables us to reach new audiences and be part of a dynamic, growing community like One Ninety.”
The restaurant will be a key feature of One Ninety’s broader lifestyle ecosystem, which blends residential, commercial, and leisure elements. The move reflects a growing trend in Egypt’s real estate sector toward integrating upscale hospitality with urban development.
With this collaboration, LMD reinforces its position as a leader in delivering mixed-use destinations that combine innovation, sustainability, and premium experiences for modern urban communities.
