New Jersey Developments inaugurated Reiki Beach at its flagship JURA Sokhna project in Al Galala, Ain Sokhna, during a celebratory event attended by company officials, project clients, and real estate marketers, Invest-Gate reports.

The evening was hosted by media personality Marwan Younis and featured a performance by Egyptian singer Ruby.

Girgis Youssef, CEO of New Jersey Developments, said the launch marks a significant milestone in the company’s strategy to offer a comprehensive luxury experience at JURA Sokhna. He noted that the company is committed to engaging clients through events that make them part of the project’s journey from inception to handover.

“Reiki Beach is proof that JURA Sokhna is not just a real estate project—it’s a fully integrated lifestyle destination,” Youssef said, adding that the beach will remain open for clients during the Eid Al-Adha holiday, allowing them to benefit from their units from day one.

Located directly on the Red Sea coast in the promising Galala area, just 90 minutes from New Cairo, JURA Sokhna offers a sandy beach, water activities, and hotel-like services. Youssef highlighted that the project was designed with a unique vision, combining residential and hotel components to meet the needs of both local and international clients. A global hospitality firm will manage the hotel segment.

Marwan Younis praised the company’s efforts in activating the beach for client use and commended the overall design and location of the project, which he believes will appeal to those seeking a premium seaside destination near Cairo.
