Egypt’s Ministry of Housing will start on February 25 delivering 10 residential buildings in the first phase of Dar Misr housing project in Obour City, Invest-Gate reports. 

Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly also announced that 240 units, a total of 10 buildings, in the first phase of Dar Misr will be handed over in New Damietta on February 19.

Wining applicants should first pay all financial dues and complete all necessary procedures before receiving the unit.

On another note, four road projects worth EGP 115 mn are currently being implemented in Obour City, with expectations to be finished in April, according to Ahmed Omran, Head of Obour City Development Authority.
