UAE developer Nakheel has awarded a contract worth AED 79.7 mn to Ghantoot Gulf Contracting to build the exclusive beachfront facility on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, Invest-Gate reports.

The St. Regis Beach Club will offer unrivaled restaurants, lifestyle, and fitness venues with extensive views of the Arabian Gulf, the developer announced in a statement.

Construction is under way on The St. Regis Beach Club on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.

Due to open in 2019, the St. Regis Beach Club complements The St. Regis Dubai – The Palm, a 289-room hotel forming part of Nakheel’s 52-story, Palm Tower, under construction nearby.

The beachfront facility will also include an infinity edge pool stretching almost 100 meters along Palm Jumeirah’s seafront gym and fitness facilities.
