SODIC, The leading real estate development company has announced the early delivery of units at its VYE project in New Zayed City, marking the company’s first handovers in the rapidly growing area, Invest-Gate reports.
The milestone comes six months ahead of schedule. It aligns with SODIC’s long-standing commitment to delivering projects on or before time— a track record it has maintained for nearly three decades.
VYE is built on principles of innovation, sustainability, and integrated smart living. It features the largest solar-powered residential project in Africa and the second largest in the Middle East, setting a new benchmark for future-ready and environmentally conscious communities.
SODIC will hand over more than 108 units this month, out of a total of 1,783 units scheduled for delivery through 2025.
Commenting on the handover, Ayman Amer, General Manager of SODIC, said: “Delivering VYE six months ahead of schedule reflects our ongoing commitment to offering real added value to our customers. VYE is a flagship project built to the highest standards and represents our vision for sustainable communities powered by advanced technologies.”
The residential community will see major expansions, including the VYE Town Center in early 2026, the Karmell Center by mid-2026, and a fully equipped social club by the end of 2027.
