Royal Gate for Housing Development plans to invest EGP 150 mn in 2018 to develop new real estate projects in Al Shorouk and New Cairo Cities, according to its Managing Director Eng. Mohamed Omar.

The company also aims to acquire land plots in the new administrative capital, 40 km to the east of Cairo, to start implementing its first fully-fledged residential compound within the year.

Royal Gate also targets executing a number of administrative and medical projects in Al Shorouk and Badr cities this year.
