Next Developments Launches New Mixed-Use Project “52Walk Way” in West Cairo

Next Developments has announced the launch of its latest project, 52Walk Way, in West Cairo’s 6th of October City, continuing its expansion strategy following the success of its previous development, District 9, which was introduced last April in the Pyramids area with investments exceeding EGP 1 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The new project is located in District 300, North Expansion, along Al-Sittin Street, in a fully serviced area near key facilities including mosques, hospitals, police and fire stations, international schools, and a sports club.

Ahmed Nayel, Founder and Chairman of Next Developments, said the project spans over 4,000 sqm of built-up area and is designed to meet diverse market needs while strengthening the company’s presence in West Cairo.

Nayel confirmed that the company partnered with leading firms to ensure the project’s design and operations meet international standards. Rashed Design was assigned architectural responsibilities due to its expertise in contemporary concepts, while MRB will handle operations and management, leveraging its strong track record in commercial project execution.

52Walk Way offers a range of unit types, including spaces for restaurants, cafés, fast food outlets, and retail shops for clothing, electronics, and a pharmacy, with areas ranging from 40 to 65 sqm. It also features administrative units ranging from 30 to 70 sqm.

The project is expected to launch in an area with a projected operational capacity of 70% at its opening, reflecting strong demand and a prime location.

Nayel concluded by affirming the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, forward-looking developments that contribute to Egypt’s commercial and urban landscape.
