The third offering of the public-private partnership (PPP) lands will be announced soon, Invest-Gate reports.

The offering will include distinguished PPP lands in New Alamein and New Mansoura, according to the Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly.

In a meeting with the members of the Real Estate Development Chamber in the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI), he added that other lands will be offered for sale for investors in a number of new cities.

The Housing Ministry announced earlier it has received 36 offers from leading companies to get land plots for investment-purposes.
