Rock Developments has launched Rock Green, a new residential project in New Heliopolis City, with total investments amounting to EGP 7bn, Invest-Gate reports.
Spanning 17 feddans, the development reinforces the company’s expansion plans and commitment to building integrated, premium urban communities.
Eng. Emad Doss, CEO of Rock Developments, said Rock Green represents a new chapter in the company’s journey. “We designed this project to reflect our commitment to enhancing quality of life. Over 85% of the land is dedicated to green spaces, with diverse amenities tailored to client needs,” he said.
The compound enjoys a prime location—just one minute from Suez Road and within short distances to El Shorouk, Madinaty, and Cairo International Airport. It also sits near essential services such as Belvedere School and Royal Hospital.
The project comprises 466 residential units ranging from 116 to 236 sqm, along with 40 villas. It will be rolled out in three phases. Rock Developments expects EGP 1.5bn in sales from the first phase, which is set for delivery in 2029.
Parthena Doss, board member at Rock Developments, is leading the architectural design of the project. She noted that Rock Green embodies the company’s design philosophy of blending modern living with nature. “We believe true comfort begins at home,” she said.
Green spaces cover 85% of the site, with a 20,000 sqm central park and 600 sqm of water features. Units are semi-finished, with payment plans extending up to eight years.
The development includes walking tracks, a gym, yoga and reading areas, a kids zone, an outdoor workspace, and a dedicated dog park. Commercial activity is excluded to maintain privacy and tranquility.
The company aims to achieve EGP 5bn in sales this year and plans to launch five new projects across East and West Cairo and the New Capital.
