Master Group has unveiled the latest phase of its Wanas project on Egypt’s North Coast, with Chairman Mohammed Lashen describing it as a significant leap in redefining coastal living, Invest-Gate reports.
Lashen stated that Wanas is not just a typical summer retreat but a fully integrated community designed for year-round living.
“The North Coast was not merely an investment decision, but part of a strategic vision,” Lashen said, highlighting the area’s transformation, particularly with the development of New Alamein City. He added that Wanas aligns with the state’s approach to creating sustainable, livable coastal developments on the Mediterranean.
Lashen noted that the project, located at kilometer 90 on the North Coast, offers residents privacy, tranquillity, and proximity to key destinations. It is minutes from Alamein International Airport and easily accessible via the new Foka Road and Dabaa Axis. Surrounded by top resorts, Wanas provides the ideal balance between seclusion and access to essential services.
Designed to merge privacy and luxury with a sense of community and connection to nature, Wanas includes a wide array of amenities. These feature a 10,000 sqm lake area, a 500 sqm kids’ play zone, a 700 sqm social and recreational club, and 1.3 km of cycling paths. The development also includes a 10,000 sqm commercial area with dining and retail outlets, alongside yoga gardens and kayaking experiences.
Units come fully furnished and air-conditioned, with flexible payment plans available for a limited time. Lashen confirmed that Wanas reflects Master Group’s commitment to creating long-term, livable communities rather than seasonal resorts.
