Officials from the ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority attended the meeting.
El Sherbini stressed the government’s commitment to addressing the needs of Egyptians living abroad and noted the directives from the political leadership to provide incentives and benefits tailored to this segment. He said the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative, launched in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates, offers residential units and villas in several new cities, including New Alamein, the New Capital, New Mansoura, and Madinaty, among others.
He explained that an online platform had been launched to facilitate booking and purchasing units through the initiative. He added that the ministry aims to cater to the diverse income levels of Egyptians abroad by providing a wide range of housing options and incentives to maximise their benefits.
The meeting also addressed the latest on “Beit El Watan,” reviewing a report on the number of plots sold and the status of infrastructure works in previously offered areas.
At the conclusion of the meeting, El Sherbini instructed officials to maintain ongoing communication with Egyptians abroad, resolve any challenges they face, and provide timely responses to their inquiries.
