Mass Developments has signed a strategic partnership with Vodafone Business to deliver smart communication and technology solutions at its commercial project, Olin Social District, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement reflects the company’s vision to create digitally advanced projects in line with global trends.

Atef Monay, Chairman of Mass Developments, and Ashraf El-Emam, Head of Enterprise Sales at Vodafone Business, signed the partnership in the presence of officials from both companies.

Monay said the collaboration supports Mass Developments’ plan to develop modern digital infrastructure across its projects. “We are proud to partner with Vodafone Business to deliver integrated tech solutions that align with our vision of building smart, sustainable commercial communities,” he said. “This will elevate the quality of life while supporting Egypt’s ongoing digital transformation.”

Olin Social District is a mixed-use commercial and entertainment hub located on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis in Fifth Settlement, directly across from the Narges residential zone, which is home to over 350,000 residents. The project includes retail units, restaurants, cafes, a kids’ area, a fitness centre, jogging track, government services office, hologram displays, and free Wi-Fi across the site.

El-Emam noted that Vodafone Business provides integrated communication solutions to top real estate developers across Egypt. “We aim to simplify business operations with Triple Play services, internet connectivity, and internal network infrastructure,” he said.

He added that Vodafone Business will offer technical support, digital marketing tools, and dedicated data services, including a fully equipped Data Center and digital display screens to streamline communication across the project.
