Najma Walk has announced a strategic partnership with International Workplace Group (IWG), the world’s leading provider of flexible workspaces, to operate its administrative spaces under the Regus brand—reinforcing its position as a premier mixed-use business destination in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Najma Walk board members Mohamed Kadry, Mohamed El Namkey, Mahmoud Shalaby, and Montaser Abdelbaqi. The collaboration marks Najma Walk’s third international partnership, following previous agreements with Concorde Hotels & Resorts for hotel management and Eterna Clinics for medical services.

Spanning over 12,000 sqm, Najma Walk integrates commercial, medical, and administrative units in a contemporary, AI-powered setting. The project emphasizes sustainability, smart services, and architectural excellence, targeting investors and clients seeking a fully integrated business hub.

Board members stated that excavation and construction are progressing ahead of schedule, reflecting their commitment to timely delivery. “Choosing IWG aligns with our vision to deliver a world-class, future-ready workspace experience that maximizes long-term value,” the board confirmed.

Youssef Naguib, Executive Director of IWG Egypt, said the partnership is part of IWG’s plan to expand to 150 centers nationwide by 2030. “New Cairo is a priority growth area, and Najma Walk offers the ideal setting for a Regus center that meets the evolving needs of today’s workforce,” he noted.

This partnership further cements Najma Walk’s strategy of attracting top-tier global operators and delivering consistent quality across all components of its investment model.
