Emaar Properties has officially opened Palace Beach Resort Marassi, its latest hotel in Marassi North Coast, under the management of Emaar Hospitality Group, Invest-Gate reports.
The new property brings the total number of hotels in Marassi to eleven, marking another milestone in Emaar Misr’s 18-year presence in the Egyptian market. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar Properties.
Spanning approximately 140,000 sqm, the resort includes 250 accommodation units — 87 rooms and suites with premium views, and 31 luxury villas. The hotel features a full range of amenities, including a meeting hall, beachfront restaurant, gym, swimming pool, spa, and beauty salon, offering guests a comprehensive luxury experience.
Mohamed Alabbar expressed pride in launching the new resort, stating, “Palace Beach Resort Marassi is a significant step for us, and it reflects our commitment to offering luxurious hospitality experiences that enhance Egypt’s status as a leading tourism destination. Marassi North Coast has attracted over 4 mn visitors in 2024, with more than 30,000 hotel guests annually. It houses over 8,000 residential units, a vibrant community of 21,000 residents, and over 500 retail outlets, 50 swimming pools, 267 yacht berths, and extensive green spaces, positioning it as one of the region’s top tourism destinations.
