B2B for Investment & Real Estate Marketing has announced its strategic move into Oman’s property market as a new window for Egyptian real estate investors, Invest-Gate reports.

Nehad Adel, President of the company, explained that with the increasing saturation in Egypt’s property marketing sector — now crowded with many new and inexperienced companies — there is a pressing need to rethink traditional marketing mechanisms and seek alternative markets that restore balance and open genuine investment opportunities.

Adel stated that B2B was the first to enter the Omani market in an organized manner, identifying strong demand among Egyptians to own property abroad, enabling them to preserve the value of their money, purchase in a foreign currency, obtain legal residency, open bank accounts, and generate solid rental returns in dollars.

He said the company succeeded in unlocking the Omani market for Egyptians through partnerships with Omani developers and Egyptian developers active there, positioning B2B as a primary marketing channel for Omani real estate in Egypt. The company operates a specialized sales team based locally.

Adel added that the company will focus on administrative and commercial real estate in the coming period, considering it more profitable than residential, especially when located within existing residential communities that ensure steady footfall and returns.

He revealed that B2B has already secured exclusive marketing rights for several commercial and administrative projects in Egypt and is preparing innovative marketing strategies for them.

Adel also noted the company’s growing interest in the Saudi market, anticipating foreign ownership laws to open new opportunities, particularly given the strength and growth of the Saudi real estate sector.
