Engineers Developments, a rising player in Egypt’s real estate market, has launched G West, a fully integrated residential compound in Sheikh Zayed’s Green Revolution, with investments exceeding EGP 2 bn and a sales target of EGP 4.5 bn. Spanning 10 acres in a prime location directly connected to Sheikh Zayed City, the project offers low-density living with extensive green spaces, Invest-Gate reports.

Founded over 15 years ago, Engineers Developments has delivered more than 50 projects for government entities and major institutions, including the Armed Forces Engineering Authority and the New Urban Communities Authority, contributing to infrastructure development in several new cities.

G West comprises 19 residential buildings with various layouts, including garden apartments and penthouses, alongside a commercial mall. Built-up areas represent only 21% of the site, leaving ample room for landscaped zones, water features, and recreational facilities. All units overlook a central 4-acre green axis. Amenities include swimming pools, jogging and cycling tracks, outdoor fitness and yoga areas, children’s playgrounds, family seating zones, and a retail mall.

The project’s masterplan was designed by renowned Egyptian architect Yasser Al Beltagy of YBA Architects, blending modern living concepts with nature integration and smart space use.

Hamada Ali, Chairman of Engineers Developments said G West reflects the company’s shift from pure construction expertise to creating lifestyle-focused communities, adding that the launch is part of a broader expansion plan targeting new residential and commercial developments across Sheikh Zayed and West Cairo.
