Maqam for Urban Development has started construction of its Optima Business Complex in the New Capital, underscoring its commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering projects on schedule, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Hussein, Chief Marketing Officer at Maqam for Urban Development, said the company aims to set a benchmark for credibility and reliability in Egypt’s real estate market. He stressed that adhering to timelines and quality standards is central to building customer trust.

The Optima Business Complex is located on plot MU-46 in Downtown area, spanning 2,400 sqm. It will feature 32 commercial units and 157 administrative units, averaging 45 sqm each, across 13 floors.
